About Your Provider
Anna Hurka is a Tampa-based Occupational Therapist with more than 10 years of experience specializing in women’s health and pelvic floor therapy. Through Whole Pelvic Wellness, she provides compassionate, mobile pelvic floor therapy for women throughout the Tampa Bay area.
Anna’s passion for pelvic health began after the birth of her son and during her personal journey through secondary infertility. Experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction both as a patient and a practitioner gave her a deep understanding of how these challenges can affect every aspect of a woman’s life: physically, emotionally, and functionally.
She understands that symptoms like pelvic pain, urinary leakage, core weakness, pressure, or discomfort are not “just part of motherhood” or something women should silently live with. Her goal is to create a supportive, judgment-free space where women feel seen, heard, and empowered throughout their healing process.
Anna takes a holistic, individualized approach to pelvic floor therapy that goes beyond symptom management alone. She considers the full picture: your daily routines, movement patterns, stress, lifestyle, personal goals, and the roles that matter most to you. Treatment may include pelvic floor therapy, manual techniques, movement education, exercise programming, body mechanics training, and nervous system support to help improve function and overall wellbeing.
Whether you are navigating pregnancy, postpartum recovery, chronic pelvic pain, bladder concerns, or other pelvic health challenges, Anna is here to help you restore confidence, comfort, and connection to your body all from the comfort and privacy of your own home.
